Privacy policy

1. Data we collect

We collect your name, email address and payment data (processed securely by Stripe/Kushki). We also collect anonymous usage data to improve the platform.

2. Use of information

We use your data to process bookings, send confirmation emails and improve our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies for the platform to function and anonymous analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may be affected.

4. Security

We protect your information with TLS encryption. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and Kushki — MindoCore never stores card numbers.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing privacidad@mindocore.com.

6. Billing data

When you book or pay, we ask for your full name or your company's legal name, your identification number (CI / cédula, RUC or passport) and your email address. We use them to issue, in your name, the electronic invoice required by Ecuadorian tax law, which is issued to every buyer (legal basis: legal obligation, art. 7 of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, LOPDP). The phone or WhatsApp number you may enter in the form is optional and we use it only to coordinate the service, not for the invoice. If your booking was paid, we keep this data for 7 years, until 31 December of the invoice year plus eight, as the Sales Receipts Regulation requires; if payment was never completed, we delete it after 30 days. It is seen by MindoCore; the operator who provides and invoices the service, only to invoice your booking (for operator bookings MindoCore acts as an intermediary); the SRI (Ecuador's tax authority) and, once there is one, the electronic invoicing provider. It is never published, the AI assistant cannot see it and it is not sent to Stripe or Kushki. You can request access and rectification by writing to privacidad@mindocore.com; deletion is limited by the legal retention period for data tied to an invoice.
