1. Use of the platform

MindoCore is a booking platform for tourism experiences in Mindo, Ecuador. By using our services you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings.

2. Bookings and payments

Bookings are confirmed upon payment completion. Prices include applicable taxes. We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe and Ecuadorian cards via Kushki.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the activity are non-refundable. MindoCore is not responsible for cancellations caused by extreme weather conditions.

4. Liability

MindoCore acts as an intermediary between tourists and local operators. We are not responsible for incidents during activities. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
