How does booking work?
Choose your experience, select a date and number of guests, and complete your secure payment by credit or debit card. You'll receive a confirmation email with your QR entry code.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe (international cards) and local Ecuadorian cards via Kushki.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel up to 48 hours before the activity for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the activity are non-refundable. Email hola@mindocore.com to manage your cancellation.
How do I contact the operator?
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive the operator's contact details by email. You can also write to hola@mindocore.com and we'll help.
Are the activities safe?
All our operators are verified and have the necessary permits and equipment. Mindo is a very safe destination for ecotourism.
