- How does booking work?
- Choose your experience, select a date and number of guests, and complete your secure payment by credit or debit card. You'll receive a confirmation email with your QR entry code.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe (international cards) and local Ecuadorian cards via Kushki.
- Can I cancel my booking?
- You can cancel up to 48 hours before the activity for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the activity are non-refundable. Email hola@mindocore.com to manage your cancellation.
- How do I contact the operator?
- Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive the operator's contact details by email. You can also write to hola@mindocore.com and we'll help.
- Are the activities safe?
- All our operators are verified and have the necessary permits and equipment. Mindo is a very safe destination for ecotourism.
